ExxonMobil Corporation has interest in nearly 15,000
MW of power generating assets including approximately 3,700 MW of
cogeneration capacity. ExxonMobil Power and Gas Services, Inc is
responsible for developing the Corporation's understanding of power markets
and works closely with ExxonMobil's operating functions to develop new,
economic cogeneration facilities around the world. EMPGSI also has
responsibility to manage both power and gas purchases for ExxonMobil sites
around the world as well as to manage any sales of excess power from our
cogeneration facilities.
