Regeneco offers to fund, manage, design, build and operate community and district energy systems on your behalf, through an Energy Service Company (ESCo) structure, providing technically and financially viable solutions to meet legislative and regulatory requirements, specifically around the reduction of carbon. By taking this approach Regeneco takes a significant proportion of the long-term risks associated with developing and operating the plant and delivering energy. We have delivered a CHP district heating scheme for a 750 home housing development at Graylingwell, West Sussex. The development has received recognition at the Housebuilder Awards 2010, where it was awarded “Best low or zero carbon initiative” and also at the Sustainable Housing Awards 2010, where it was awarded “Sustainable Larger Housing Project of the Year”.
Additionally, Regeneco offer comprehensive consultancy services covering every stage of the project from initial assessment (including BREEAM, SAP/CfSH assessment), feasibility, solution recommendation, project design and management, delivery and operation.
