Leeds Teaching Hospital

The 1103 bed Leeds General Infirmary is a specialist regional centre for a number of complex conditions along with providing general and acute hospital services. The Leeds General Infirmary power station was opened in 1977 to provide heat and power to the entire hospital site, and some University buildings.
